Post Event Information & Content

Overview:

After attending an event, you can still access important details like speaker lists, sponsors, attendees, your meeting history and schedule, plus any available event recordings. This allows you to easily revisit content, review your connections, and follow up after the event.

To View General Information for Past Events:

On a web browser:

  1. Navigate to the Events dropdown menu on your dashboard.

  2. Select Past from the list.

  3. Click View Event on the event tile.

  4. You’ll be redirected to the event page.

On the mobile app:

  1. Select Events from the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Past tab.

  3. Tap on the past event’s banner

  4. You’ll be redirected to the event page.

From the event page, you’ll have access to view your schedule, event speakers, and attendees. Photos from the event will be available to view on the mobile app exclusively.

To View Past Meeting Activity:

If you participated in Cap-Intro meetings, your outreach and meeting activity will remain available after the event for easy review and follow-up.

To access meeting activity from a web browser:

  1. Navigate to the Meetings tab on your dashboard.

  2. Select the Confirmed folder

  3. From the top of the table, disable the Show Upcoming Only filter

  4. Select Add Filter

  5. Use the Event filter dropdown to select the event you'd like to review.

To access previous outreach on a web browser:

  1. Navigate to the Meetings tab on your dashboard.

  2. Select the Sent or Received folder

  3. Remove the Show Upcoming Only filter from the top of the table

  4. Apply any filters to help narrow your search, such as date sent, event, or status.

To access meeting activity from the mobile app:

  1. Navigate to Schedule from the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Select Meetings from the top menu

  3. From the top carousel, select Past to view past meetings.

  4. Select Sent or Received to view any previous outreach.

To Export your Confirmed Meeting Schedule:

To export your list of confirmed meetings on a web browser:

  1. Navigate to the Events drop-down on your dashboard

  2. Select Past

  3. Click View Event on the event’s tile.

  4. From the left column, select Availability/Schedule

  5. From the top of the page, select either Meetings PDF or Download Meetings Excel File to export.

To export your list of confirmed meetings on the mobile app:

  1. Tap Schedule in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. From the top menu, select Meetings.

  3. Choose Past from the carousel.

  4. Use the filter dropdown to select the event.

  5. Click the Download icon located at the bottom right of your screen.

Accessing Contact Details from Your Meetings:

You can access the contact information of people you met with exclusively through the iConnections mobile app.

Business Cards:

Digital business cards shared through meeting invitations or scanned onsite will automatically appear in the “All Business Cards” section of the iConnections mobile app. Accessible contact information includes name, job title, and email address.

If a participant includes their business card when sending a meeting request, their contact information will be available to the other attendee once the meeting is confirmed. Cards scanned onsite are also stored in the same section for easy access.

Attendee Profile:

To view public contact details shared on an attendee’s profile (Mobile App):

  1. Select Events from the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Past from the carousel.

  3. Select the event by tapping its tile.

  4. From the top menu, choose Attendees.

  5. Search for the attendee by name, firm, or location.

  6. Once you have located their profile, click the Contact tab.

Some attendees may choose not to share their contact information publicly on their profiles. If contact details aren’t available, you can use the platform’s Chat feature to reach out directly and request their information.

Post Event Content (Global Alts Series Only):

Recordings of speaking sessions are typically uploaded to the platform within a few weeks after the event concludes. If you're an active member, you can access these recordings in the Content section of the platform.

From a web browser:

  1. Log into your account from app.iconnections.io/login

  2. On your dashboard, select Content from the top menu.

  3. Click the Videos tab.

  4. Use the Filter by Event dropdown to select the event.

  5. All uploaded content for the selected event will be displayed.

From the mobile app:

  1. Select Content from the top carousel on your mobile app dashboard.

  2. Select the Videos tab

  3. Use the search field to search by event name or title.
